The role
You'll use your clinical expertise to complete functional health assessments for individuals living with long-term physical and mental health conditions.
Assessments are completed via:
- Telephone
- Video consultation
- Face-to-face appointments
You'll produce clear, evidence-based reports using your professional judgement in a calm, non-emergency environment.
You'll need
- Registered Adult Nurse (RN), Doctor, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
- Current NMC, GMC or HCPC registration
- At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to attend your local assessment centre when required
