The Role:
We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and qualified Early Years Practitioner who will:
- Support children to build resilience, confidence, and independence.
- Use outdoor learning and nature-based experiences as everyday tools.
- Foster caring relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Bring energy, creativity, and a respect for nature into play.

- Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education.
- Passion: A genuine love for nature, outdoor play, and child-led exploration.
- Personality: A kind, patient, and nurturing attitude that makes every child feel safe.
- Beliefs: A strong belief in building resilience and independence in early learners.

Working Hours & Contract:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. We can offer some flexibility for the right person.
- Contract: This is a temp-to-perm position. It starts with a temporary contract until July 2027 and will be reviewed based on business needs.
