In this role, you will be the face of our club, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members while delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Greet members warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, providing correct change and receipts
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving and adherence to legal drinking age laws
- Restock bar supplies as needed, keeping inventory organized and up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work effectively solo and part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact confidently with members and guests and colleagues
