What You’ll Do:
- Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a range of coffee drinks—from rich espresso to creamy latte and cappuccino—ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
- Welcome and Engage: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, share insights about our artisan baked goods, and answer any questions to enhance their visit.
- Seamless Service: Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a Pristine Workspace: Keep your station clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations to reflect our commitment to quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively with our team to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that our customers love.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year as a barista or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Customer Focus: Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating delightful experiences.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work both independently and as a valued team member.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and maintaining high standards in every aspect of your work.
