Base £13.85 per hour / 160 hours per month / £65 per sleep in

Due to new homes opening - our client is looking for dedicated Support Workers fora wonderful home for Young People in Salisbury.
What You'll Do:
- Be part of a strong team to provide a stable and enriching home for children

- Champion safeguarding: Create a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment

What You Bring:
- Experience in Residential Childcare
- Ideally experience working with children with EBD
- Strong leadership & team skills - ready to inspire and support your colleagues
- Flexibility - able to work weekends, evenings & sleep-ins (extra pay for sleep-ins)
