We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established care home in Doncaster, seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead the service forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator to take ownership of a sizeable home, build on its existing foundations, and continue to raise standards of care, compliance and performance.
The Role
- Full operational responsibility for a large care home, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery
- Lead, motivate and develop a large staff team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Maintain full CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement across all regulatory standards
- Oversee occupancy, budgets and overall commercial performance of the home
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and external stakeholders
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader, embedding a culture of quality, dignity and person-centred care
What We're Looking For
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager, ideally within a large care home setting
- A strong, demonstrable track record with CQC – good or outstanding ratings history preferred
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sizeable staff team
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a focus on occupancy and budget management
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent, person-centred care
