About Us
We are a growing specialist transport company providing nationwide delivery and collection services for welfare units, refrigerated trailers, site accommodation, and a wide range of towable plant equipment. Due to increasing demand, we are looking for reliable and professional drivers to join our team.
The Role
As a 4x4 Tow Vehicle Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of welfare units, refrigerated trailers, generators, plant trailers, and other towable equipment throughout the UK.
This is a varied role involving nationwide travel, customer interaction, and operating modern 4x4 towing vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and collection of welfare units and towable plant equipment.
- Carrying out daily vehicle and trailer checks.
- Completing delivery paperwork and digital records.
- Ensuring loads are secured and transported safely.
- Providing excellent customer service on site.
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a high standard.
- Representing the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence. Must be over 21 and less than 6 Points
- Experience towing trailers and plant equipment preferred.
- Good understanding of load security and road transport regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts and Late finishes and weekends, start time us usually 6am
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- CPC and plant transport experience advantageous but not essential.
