Ripon Museum Trust is looking for a friendly, organised and values-driven Finance Lead to join us at an exciting moment in our story. As custodian of three nationally significant heritage sites in the heart of Ripon — the Workhouse Museum & Garden, the Prison & Police Museum and the Courthouse Museum — we care for unique historic buildings and use them to spark important conversations about justice, fairness, welfare and equality. Our vision is simple and powerful: to inspire people to seek a fairer society.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making finance clear, useful and well-managed, and who would like their work to support a purposeful, community-focused charity. You will play an important part in helping us plan confidently for the future as we move into our next phase of organisational development. We have bold ambitions, a supportive team and a strong sense of shared purpose — and we would love to welcome someone who is ready to contribute their skills, ideas and enthusiasm.
We can offer flexible and hybrid working, and this part-time role may suit someone looking for a rewarding position that fits around other commitments. You will be joining a close-knit community of staff and volunteers who are proud to work for a values-led organisation with a big heart. If that sounds like you, we would be delighted to hear from you.
