Front of House – Country Inn, Marlborough
Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and welcoming Front of House team members to be the face of our new Country Inn. You’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting a warm, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest queries efficiently and courteously
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, energetic working environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
Who You Are
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively under pressure
- Energetic, proactive, and motivated to contribute ideas for improving service
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but a genuine attitude and willingness to learn are most important
