Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately handling cash and card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell and promote products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
