We're looking for a confident, outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassador / Venue Host to become the face of Kahiki Soundhouse.
Every night, hundreds of people walk past our venue. Your job is to stop them, spark a conversation, tell them what makes Kahiki different and encourage them to come inside.
This isn't a sales role in the traditional sense, and it's not about handing out flyers. It's about creating a great first impression, building excitement and making people want to experience everything Kahiki Soundhouse has to offer.

What you'll be doing
- Engaging with people around the Northern Quarter and inviting them into the venue.
- Explaining our live entertainment, karaoke rooms, drinks offers and events.
- Creating energy and excitement around the Kahiki Soundhouse brand.
- Answering questions and recommending experiences based on what guests are looking for.
- Helping increase footfall and creating memorable first impressions.
- Working closely with the management team to support busy trading periods.
What we're looking for
- A confident, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to new people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and plenty of energy.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and well presented.
- Hospitality, promotions, sales or customer-facing experience is desirable, but personality and attitude are what matter most.
