Ready to be part of something from day one?
We’re launching one of Liverpools’ most exciting new student living destinations and we’re looking for a Night Community Concierge to help keep the experience running smoothly around the clock.
This is not your typical night shift role. You’ll be the calm, confident presence in the building overnight, making sure residents feel safe, supported and looked after while keeping the community energy alive in a more relaxed, late-night setting.
If you enjoy responsibility, thrive in a hands-on role and know how to handle situations with professionalism and a people-first approach, this is your opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
- Being the main point of contact overnight for residents, guests and visitors
- Managing the building during night hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
- Handling any issues that arise overnight with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Supporting building security, monitoring access and maintaining a safe environment
- Carrying out regular checks of the building and facilities
- Assisting with late arrivals, enquiries and resident support
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless daytime to nighttime handover
- Contributing to a welcoming, community-led atmosphere even during quieter hours
What we’re looking for
- A confident and reliable individual who is comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator who can handle situations calmly and professionally
- Someone with a natural hospitality mindset and a focus on resident experience
- Proactive, observant and able to take ownership of the building overnight
- Organised and responsible, with good attention to detail
- Excited by the idea of being part of a new opening and helping shape how things run
Why you’ll love it here
- Be part of a brand-new opening and play a key role from the very beginning
- Work in a design-led, high-spec environment with premium facilities
- Join a team focused on community, experience and great service
Benefits
- Company pension
- Gym membership
- Health and wellbeing programme
