Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and setup of clinical research studies, ensuring all protocols are followed accurately.
- Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with study volunteers.
- Collect, record, and manage data with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the research process.
- Support laboratory activities including sample collection, processing, and storage under strict compliance standards.
- Monitor study progress, prepare reports, and assist in audit preparations to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth study operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all research activities, including consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory documentation.
Experience
- Prior experience supervising or leading teams within a scientific or clinical research environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated involvement in scientific or clinical research projects with a focus on healthcare or biomedical fields.
- Hands-on laboratory experience working with biological samples or medical equipment is preferred.
- Proven project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance management practices related to clinical trials and research regulations such as GCP (Good Clinical Practice).
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, motivate colleagues, and uphold high standards of integrity in research practices.
