Build the Client Success function at one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial growth companies.

Working with clients across AI, technology and professional services, we become an extension of their commercial team - helping them generate predictable growth through sales, marketing, systems and strategy.
We’re now looking for our first Commercial Success Executive to own the client journey and help build our Client Success department from the ground up.
This isn’t a customer support role.
This isn’t a traditional account management role.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, shape the way we look after clients and grow into a future leadership position as the business scales.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the onboarding experience for every new client.
- Becoming the main point of contact throughout the client journey.
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects move forward.
- Running weekly client check-ins and monthly review meetings.
- Identifying issues before they become problems.
- Building long-term relationships with our clients.
- Generating testimonials, referrals and supporting client renewals.
- Helping us build the systems, processes and playbooks that will shape the future of the department.

Experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Operations, Recruitment, SaaS or B2B services would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential if you have the right mindset.
