Commercial Property Lawyer (3–5 Years' PQE)
Cheltenham | Hybrid | £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join the highly regarded Commercial Property team of a well-established and respected law firm in Cheltenham.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters. The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and assignments
- Commercial property development and site acquisitions
- Asset management work
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Supporting corporate transactions with commercial property elements
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- A commercially minded and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service
Working Pattern
The firm operates a flexible hybrid working policy, with a minimum expectation of four days per week in the office. For candidates with greater levels of experience, there may be flexibility to reduce this to three days per week.
