Recognised as a progressive, high-quality, sector leader in the provision of health and social care, we are actively recruiting an Admin and Finance Assistant for our office in Swindon to help us deliver outstanding care across our local community.
This role requires a person with exceptional communication and organisational skills to support our office team and our fantastic Care Assistants as they deliver high-quality, reliable care to our valued Clients. The ideal candidate will be personable, organised and be detail-oriented to enable us to provide quality, reliable care.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Liaising with and providing administrative support to the Franchise Owner and Registered Manager
· General administrative tasks as required, including general maintenance of the office environment
· Providing first-class customer service at all times when representing Right at Home
· Answering the phone and dealing with any enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, signposting or providing information about other Right at Home services as appropriate
· Drafting and sending professional correspondence
· Supporting with restocking office and PPE supplies
· Checking, processing and recording all payments and support with the bank reconciliation
· Administering invoices and expenses claims received, coding items to agreed budgets and actioning payments
· Producing invoices and resolving any subsequent invoice queries
· Supporting senior manager with payroll processes
· Working with management to prepare HR records, formulating job advertisements, drafting job-offer letters and contracts and completing filing of such HR records
· Collating and analysing all Client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes as requested
· Management of Homecare.co.uk and Google client reviews
· Assisting with updating Client and CareGiver records
· Monitoring care management system alerts
· Ordering medication for clients
· Preparation of on-call rota and being a member of the on-call team
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
