Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable Tyre Fitter to join our team. You will be responsible for fitting and maintaining tyres for cars, vans and 4x4s, providing excellent customer service, and helping to keep the workshop safe, clean and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit tyres for cars, vans and 4x4s.
- Operate tyre fitting and wheel balancing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Repair punctures and perform tyre rotations and basic inspections.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide clear, professional advice.
- Maintain a clean, organised workshop and assist with stock control and parts handling.
- Take mobile van to call outs and fit tyres using equipment on van.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum: 1 year’s experience in tyre fitting or a closely related role preferred.
- Practical experience with tyre machines and wheel balancers desirable.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
