The person we’re looking for
We do not want someone whose approach to quality is simply to produce audits or close action plans without checking whether improvements have been sustained. We want someone curious, practical and visible in our homes: observing care, speaking with residents and staff, examining evidence and asking difficult questions when necessary. You will be supportive but independent, rigorous without becoming bureaucratic, and comfortable moving between the boardroom and care floor. Most importantly, you will share our belief that quality assurance should answer one question:
Are our residents receiving the standard of care we would want for our own families? What we offer
- £60,000–£65,000 salary, dependent on experience
- Senior Group-level position
