Orthodontic Lounge is a specialist orthodontic referral practice located in the heart of Glasgow on Buchanan Street. As part of one of Scotland’s largest and fastest-growing orthodontic groups, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy clinic.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience while supporting clinicians and staff to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the clinic
- Leading, supporting and developing the practice team
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Managing practice performance, systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and practice policies
- Supporting patient journey, service delivery and referral relationships
- Driving a positive team culture and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
We are looking for an individual who is:
- An experienced Practice Manager or senior dental professional ready to step into a leadership role
- Previous experience within orthodontics is preferred but not essential
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- A confident people manager with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Committed to developing both themselves and those around them
