The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in providing an exceptional level of service.
You should be confident, personable and professional, with the ability to communicate naturally with guests while maintaining the standards expected from a high-quality restaurant.
Our style of service should be polished and knowledgeable without becoming stiff or overly formal.
You will be someone who notices the small details — an empty glass, a guest looking for assistance, a table requiring attention or a team member needing support — and acts before being asked.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who wants to become an important part of the team and help us continually improve what we do.
For someone looking to develop their hospitality career, this position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside our Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef and experienced team, while helping us continue to develop The Lansbury Restaurant & Bar as a destination dining venue in Nottinghamshire.
