Duties
- Manage your own appointment schedule and provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and other nail enhancements
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of your workspace and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication
- Promote your services within the studio to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Handle client consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Keep accurate records of appointments, treatments performed, and client preferences
- Collaborate with studio staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for all clients
Experience
- Valid licensing or certification as a nail technician or beauty professional
- Prior experience in providing nail care services with a focus on quality and hygiene
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience with makeup application is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on current nail trends and techniques
