The Role: Customer Experience Advisor (26hrs per week)
· You’ll be the friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for our members and visitors.
· Every day will bring something new — you’ll be involved in:
· Supporting new and existing memberships
· Guiding customers through course bookings
· Handling cancellations and general enquiries
· Promoting services, current offers, and upcoming events
· Making proactive calls to showcase what we do
· Building positive relationships and championing our brand
You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday–Sunday, 09:30 – 16:00). You will receive Thursday and Friday off when working at the weekend.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
· Previous customer service or sales experience
· A confident, warm telephone manner
· Great communication skills — written and verbal
· Quick learning ability with digital systems
· A love for organisation and getting the details right
· A positive attitude that helps others feel supported
This is a shift-based position, including some early evenings and weekends — perfect if you enjoy variety and a lively working environment.
