House Clearance Operative / Driver
Location: Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time & Part Time / Hours can vary - but working on 7am start

The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable House Clearance Operative / Driver to join our team. This is a physically active role that involves working at a variety of locations throughout Oxfordshire, helping customers clear properties, gardens, garages, sheds, and other spaces.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team carrying out clearance and waste removal services while maintaining a professional and friendly approach with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Full and partial house clearances
- Domestic and household waste collection and disposal
- Furniture and appliance removals
- Garden, garage, and shed clearances
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assisting with bin hire and regular collection services
- Carrying out light demolition work, including shed dismantling and house strip-outs
- Sorting materials for recycling and disposal
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous experience in waste management, removals is preferred but not essential
