This is a busy, energetic operation with a strong focus on premium meats, grill cooking and bold international flavours. The kitchen works with quality ingredients and delivers an approachable but premium menu in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
We're looking for a hands-on Sous Chef who loves being in the kitchen, enjoys the buzz of a busy service and can support the Head Chef in leading and developing a strong brigade.

We're Looking For:
- Previous Sous Chef experience within a busy restaurant environment
- Strong background in fresh food and high-volume service
- Experience with meat, grill or steak-led menus highly desirable
- Confident running busy services and supporting the Head Chef
- Strong understanding of stock, ordering, wastage and kitchen controls
- Ability to train, motivate and develop junior chefs
- Excellent food safety and kitchen organisation
- Calm, organised and consistent under pressure
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
