Express Print Services is a Cardiff-based commercial printing company looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Accountant & Account Handler to support our accounts, customer communication and general administration.
Responsibilities
* Basic bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
* Raising customer invoices
* Processing supplier invoices and payments
* Reconciling bank transactions
* Monitoring outstanding payments
* Supporting VAT and payroll administration where required
* Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
* Updating customer records, job details and paperwork
* Liaising with suppliers and the internal team
Requirements
* Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using accounting software and spreadsheets
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Experience with Xero, Excel, CRM or job management systems would be helpful
