Location: Bury St Edmunds & Surrounding areas
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 but predominately Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality food that consistently exceeds client and customer expectations.

Lead and support kitchen teams across multiple sites, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and training.

Drive excellent food presentation and execute menu concepts to the highest standards.

Identify opportunities to improve food quality, service delivery, and operational performance.

Manage food ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to maximise profitability.

Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer service.

Take ownership of site budgets, labour costs, and financial performance, ensuring targets are achieved.

Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company procedures across all locations.

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted and professional representative of the business.

Provide flexible support across sites, ensuring smooth operations during absences, vacancies, and mobilisations.

Driving License - Paid milage
