About the Role
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who are seeking guidance and solutions for hair loss. You’ll speak with individuals who may feel uncertain or self-conscious, so empathy, professionalism, and confidence are key. You’ll qualify leads, book consultations, and ensure every person you speak with feels heard and respected.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services
- Listen carefully to client concerns and clearly explain our consultation and treatment process
- Book appointments for our in-clinic specialists
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Work collaboratively with the National Sales Manager to achieve weekly and monthly targets
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Are confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Can show empathy and professionalism with clients who may feel vulnerable
- Are organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Have previous telemarketing or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
