Job Summary
Hub Agile Delivery Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital and technology programmes. You will create the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to succeed, remove organisational barriers, and ensure valuable outcomes are delivered with clarity, pace, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams, products, or transformation workstreams.
- Turn strategic priorities into realistic roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery governance.
- Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and senior stakeholder discussions.
- Coach delivery managers and teams in effective Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
- Remove blockers and resolve issues affecting quality, progress, or team performance.
- Use delivery metrics and evidence to improve predictability and decision-making.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients and senior leaders.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Agile delivery within digital, technology, or business-transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing complex programmes and several cross-functional teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous-improvement methods.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance delivery pace, commercial priorities, quality, and team wellbeing.
- Agile, Scrum, project-management, or programme-delivery certifications are beneficial.

Pay: £55,000.00-£96,000.00 per year
