Overview:
We are a dynamic global organization focused on building a leading Demand Generation function. As we expand, we seek a proactive Regional Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in EMEA. This role is execution-focused, responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across the EMEA region in alignment with our global strategy and playbook. This role is pivotal to executing our marketing initiatives effectively, quickly, and accurately.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows within the marketing automation platform.

Build and launch paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant regional channels.

Set up landing pages, forms, and conversion tracking as per global templates.

Manage campaign assets, localize global content for regional audiences, and ensure UTM parameters are correctly tagged and tracked in CRM.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing automation platform for the region.

Maintain CRM data hygiene and manage lead routing and lifecycle stages.

Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, MQL volumes, and pipeline contribution.

Report weekly on campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, and conversion rates.

Run A/B tests on emails, ads, and landing pages, sharing insights to inform global content and campaign adjustments.

Collaborate with the global Demand Gen team, regional sales, content, design, and ops teams to ensure timely asset delivery.

Participate in weekly syncs to communicate progress, blockers, and wins.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on demand generation or digital marketing experience.

Proven track record of building and launching campaigns end-to-end.

Experience with major marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Active campaign management experience across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of UTM tracking, attribution, and dashboard building in tools like GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Looker/Tableau.

Proficiency in CMS editing (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful) for landing page updates.

Daily active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity) for content adaptation and workflow automations with Zapier or Make (Integromat).

Prompt engineering literacy for AI tools.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organization.

EMEA-specific experience running campaigns across multiple sub-markets (e.g. UKI, DACH, Nordics).

Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations across EMEA.

Experience localizing content across English-language and translated markets (e.g. French, German, Arabic).

Comfort operating across diverse cultural contexts within a single region.

Familiarity with regional ad platforms like Xing for DACH markets.
