Job Summary
Brownsover Hall Hotel is a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian Gothic manor house set within seven acres of landscaped grounds on the outskirts of Rugby. Combining historic character with modern hospitality, the hotel offers 47 bedrooms, a popular restaurant and bar, weddings, events, and conference facilities, making it a sought-after destination for both leisure and business guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team on a zero-hours basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working arrangements whilst contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
What you will be doing
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, changing bed linen, replenishing guest supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring all areas are presented to the high standards expected by our guests.
You will also assist with maintaining public areas of the hotel, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest who visits Brownsover Hall Hotel.
What you will bring to the team
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You will have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and take pride in your work. You will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is essential.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required is important.
