Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Serve food, drinks, and catering items with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support barista duties by preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with skill and care
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high hospitality standards and a welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is highly desirable but full training will be given so it‘s no essential.
- Familiarity with catering, serving, or food preparation roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
- Knowledge of food safety practices ensures safe handling and serving of all menu items
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced environments helps you stay organized under pressure
