We are seeking dedicated and diligent individuals to join our team. Prior experience in dessert preparation or the hospitality sector is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates following an assessment. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Preparation of desserts and beverages.
- Handling customer telephone inquiries. Processing orders received in person, via telephone, and through online platforms such as Uber, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.
- Organizing, preparing, packaging, and dispatching orders to delivery personnel.
- Demonstrating the ability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
- Participating in end-of-shift cleaning duties with colleagues.
- Possessing exceptional communication skills to address customer queries effectively.
- Successful candidates will receive full food and hygiene training, culminating in a Level 2 certification upon completion.
