Duties

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
- Ensure timely service by coordinating with serving staff and managing kitchen workflow during busy periods
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
- Extensive food production and cooking expertise across various cuisines and techniques
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively
