Hair Studio 71 is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. Alongside our specialist hair loss clinic and hairdressing services, we’re developing our beauty and wellness offering and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding client care.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional and qualified Beauty Therapist to join our team on a casual, flexible contract. This role is ideal for someone looking for additional hours, with shifts available to cover busy periods, holidays and increasing client demand.
While this role starts on a casual, flexible basis, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As the business expands, there is the potential for the position to become a permanent part-time or full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
- Carry out thorough client consultations and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products where appropriate.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised and prepared to the highest standard.
- Follow all hygiene, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare.
- Work collaboratively with the Hair Studio 71 team to maintain our high standards of care and professionalism.
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional and reliable.
- Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Desirable Skills
Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage:
- Facials
- Massage
- Waxing
- Lash and brow treatments
- Gel nails
- BIAB
- Advanced beauty treatments
- Aesthetics experience (where appropriately qualified)
