Duties

- Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to ensure consistency and hygiene
- Support overall food production processes during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve culinary techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for efficient kitchen operation
Experience
- Proven experience in food production or culinary roles within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation techniques across various cuisines
- Hands-on experience with butchery and meat processing is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling practices
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation standards
