We are a Dementia registered residential care home, looking to recruit an experienced Care Assistant/Shift Leader to join our team, though training will be provided. The role involves providing residents with the highest standard of care following their individual care plans. Duties include, assisting individuals with all personal care needs and requirements, including bathing toileting, administering medication, ensuring smooth running of shift and completion of relevant paperwork and light cleaning duties.
Applicant must be flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
Nvq Level 2 and medication administration course preferred however, training will be provided. All positions are subject to a satisfactory DBS and two references.
Pay: £12.71-£12.91 per hour
