Minster, Kent – moving to Dover in 2027
6am–6pm | 4 days on, 4 days off | Full-time
If you like being busy, working to a clear system and seeing yourself get quicker and better at what you do, this could be a very good fit.
Buy Whole Foods Online is a successful family-run ecommerce business looking for reliable people to join our Despatch team.
You'll use a handheld scanner to pick products from around the warehouse, before packing and preparing customer orders for despatch. The work is active and fast-paced, with clear expectations for both accuracy and productivity.
The process is structured, but the orders are constantly changing. It tends to suit people who can get into a rhythm, stay focused and take satisfaction from doing a job well and efficiently.
Some of our strongest team members have come from fast-paced factories, food production, farming and other environments where maintaining concentration and a good working pace matters.
Previous warehouse experience isn't essential. We'd rather find someone reliable, accurate and willing to learn our system.
What you'll be doing
