Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal throughout the shift
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure availability for staff and visitors
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with additional cleaning tasks as needed
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks and cleaning schedules to ensure accountability and consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning procedures
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
