CATERING MANAGER – LONDON
Start Date: 2nd September
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager to join a busy catering operation in London.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day catering operation
- Lead and motivate the catering team
- Oversee food preparation, service and hygiene standards
- Manage stock, ordering and catering supplies
- Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene requirements are met
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Requirements:
- Previous catering management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety
- Enhanced DBS required
- Right to work in the UK
