The role of our Support Workers:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help the person we support do more of what they love. You will accompany them on their favourite activities, sharing in the fun while helping them live a fulfilling, independent life
As well as providing physical and emotional support, you may be needed to provide personal care, assist with taking or administering of medication and support individuals with specific healthcare needs.
Experience our Support Workers need:
- Moving and handling experience.
- Innate ability to be compassionate and patient.
- Commitment to person-centred care and empowering individuals through Active Support.
- Previous experience with supporting individuals with complex needs, for example; epilepsy, mental health conditions, learning and physical disabilities.
- A clear written and verbal communication technique, along with basic IT skills and numerical ability.
Location Specific requirements:

At least 1 year fulltime experience working in Health and Social care in the UK.
Typical shifts are;
8am sleepover till 9am the following day.
9am – 9pm
All shifts are 2-1 except the sleepover.
Sleepovers. consist 12, 13 and 24 hour shifts.
