Position Overview:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring clients receive an excellent experience. A significant part of the role involves preparing client meeting files, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support across the business.
· This role is fully office based.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare client files and documentation ahead of financial adviser meetings.
- Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and emails.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to obtain information when required.
- Support the team with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Help ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within financial services or an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice.
- Knowledge of client management or back-office systems.
- An understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
