Job Title: Maintenance genral builder
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Builder & Maintenance Operative there could be an opportunity to be a project manager and having Project managed other works would be an advantage to join our team. The role involves carrying out a variety of building and property maintenance tasks across residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- General building work carpentry would be an advantage
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing and electrical tasks (non-certified work)
- Installing fixtures and fittings
- Diagnosing and fixing faults
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in general building or maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Desirable Skills
- Multi-trade experience
- Experience in property refurbishment
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
