We're looking for fantastic Live-in Care Assistants to support clients across Worcestershire and surrounding counties.

What Will You Be Doing?
You'll provide warm, respectful, non-medical care tailored around the individual — helping them to enjoy life and remain independent in the place they call home.
Your day could include:
- Helping with personal care, where required
- Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Helping with shopping, laundry and light household tasks
- Supporting clients with outings, appointments and everyday activities
- Following personalised care plans
- Most importantly, helping your client feel comfortable, confident and valued
What We're Looking For
We don't just want someone who can do the job — we want someone who genuinely cares about doing it well.
You'll need:
- Previous care experience is essential — residential, domiciliary or live-in care
- A kind, compassionate and dependable approach
- To be trustworthy, patient and respectful
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A full valid driving licence and access to your own car — essential
