Our Liverpool clinic is the national flagship of Dental Excellence a busy six-surgery practice, soon expanding to seven and we're looking for a Practice Manager to run its engine room. You'll lead the front-of-house and admin team, own the patient experience from first enquiry to five-star review, and keep the clinic operating at the luxury standard our brand is built on, while the group expands nationwide.

Dental Excellence is a growing group of premium dental brands, expanding nationwide from our Liverpool base. The flagship clinic sits alongside our head office and in-house dental lab on the same estate park, so you'll work closely with the wider group, including our national TCO manager and national nurse manager, while running your own site.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the front-of-house and admin team (four people) — the engine room of the clinic — covering diaries, white space, and client enquiries
- Own customer service and complaints for the clinic, resolving issues personally and protecting the patient experience
- Maintain luxury standards across service and clinic presentation, every day, for every patient
- Drive five-star reviews by making exceptional experiences the norm, not the exception
- Assist with maintaining practice compliance, working with the wider group's clinical and operational leads
- Work closely with head office, our national TCO manager and national nurse manager, all based on the same estate park
- Keep the clinic performing as the national flagship while the brand expands nationwide
What we're looking for
Required:
- Dental practice management experience — this is essential
- Experience leading front-of-house or administrative teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A strong customer service instinct, with experience handling complaints directly and well
- High personal standards — you notice the details that make a premium environment feel premium
- Working knowledge of practice compliance requirements
What we offer
- £35,000–£40,000 per year, dependent on experience
- Full time, 40 hours per week — Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as required
- Based at our flagship Liverpool clinic, alongside head office and our in-house lab
