Lambert’s Landscapes is a well-established hard landscaping company based in Kent, delivering high-quality patios, driveways, fencing, and garden transformations across Kent, Sussex, and South London. We take pride in our workmanship and reputation, and we’re looking for a skilled landscaper to join one of our busy install teams.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a two-to-three person team carrying out a range of hard landscaping projects for residential clients. Day-to-day work will include:
- Laying porcelain and natural stone patios to a high standard
- Installing artificial grass including full ground preparation
- Erecting fencing (close board, panel, trellis, and similar)
- Maintaining a clean and safe site at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience with patio laying (porcelain and natural stone), artificial grass installation, and fencing
- A genuine pride in your work and a consistent high standard of finish
- Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and willing to graft
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude on site
Nice to Have
- Experience with block paving and brickwork
