The team focuses on advising global sponsors on fund formation, management, and regulatory matters across private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate. This is a standout opportunity to work with market-leading partners on complex GP-side mandates and select institutional investor work.
Key requirements:

4–5 years’ PQE in a leading funds practice (UK/US firm)

Strong experience in fund structuring, formation, and LP negotiations

England & Wales or other common law qualified
