Valentina Restaurant in Weybridge is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional hospitality. As a family-run Italian restaurant and delicatessen, we pride ourselves on authentic food, warm service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant.
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Assist with recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Help achieve sales targets, labour budgets, and operational goals.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for food, wine, and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible approach to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and hands-on management style.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

- Weybridge KT13 8AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
