We are seeking a multi skilled tradesperson to join our team with primarily electrical skills but plumbing skills would also be desirable. The position includes a company van, mobile phone and workwear. Salary in the region of £40K.
Duties
Carry out electrical tasks such as rewiring, new circuits and accessory replacements
Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
Works at various sites in Oxfordshire
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
Further training available to tradespersons keen to advance his / her trade knowledge
Qualifications
Proven experience in electrical & Plumbing trades
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and maintenance tasks
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are preferred but not essential if extensive practical experience is demonstrated
