Shifts/Hours: 12 hours: Thur / Fri / Sat – 1 day off then Mon / Tue / Wed – 7 days off
Currently Days however this is changing to Days / Nights (rotating)
Plenty of overtime on offer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Dakiou Flat Bed Die Cutter to die cut solid board according to specifications
- Read and interpret drawings, and work orders
- Monitor the cutting and creasing process to ensure accuracy and quality
- Set up and adjust cutting tools and equipment
- Inspect finished product for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Work with a printer as a team to ensure quality production on the printer die cutting operation.
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of materials handling
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Proficiency in using hand tools for adjusting and repairing as necessary
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Can-do positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
