We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Commissioning & Placements Team as a Service Organiser. In this vital role, you will ensure that day-to-day commissioning activities run smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for referrals, track requests, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will help us support children and families effectively.
As a Service Organiser, your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as the main point of contact for referrals and tracking requests.

Following up to ensure progress and maintaining accurate records and databases (including Mosaic).

Supporting Commissioning Officers with case work, reviews, and audits.
-
Gathering information from partners and families to aid decision-making.
-
Preparing and sending communications to relevant stakeholders.
-
Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Contributing ideas to improve team processes and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Children’s Social Care, Early Help Services, or Customer Services.

A good general education, ideally to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.

Proven ability to capture, store, and retrieve information accurately.
